About Papillon

We started Papillon for Children five years ago as we could not find the type of shoes we wanted for our children. We are two friends each with a different career behind us.

Nicole Robinson having previously owned the Wedding List Company, and Maggie Snouck, having been an account director in advertising.

Papillon Shoes fills a much discussed gap in the UK market. They are classically timeless as well as practical, and tried and tested on our children.

There are shoes for boys and girls in all shapes and sizes. School shoes that are hardwearing and comfortable, rather than clumpy and ugly. Pretty pumps and ballerinas in all sorts of colours for parties, weddings and other special occasions. There are styles for everyday, when you just don't want them in trainers, as well as great summer sandals and flip-flops. Boys can be well shod too, with our brown suede loafers and smart side buckles, not forgetting our best-selling moccasins for summer.

Sizes start at 22 (English 4) up to a size 41 (English 7). We have specifically included larger sizes as we found that as our own children were getting older they need 'adult" sizes. These we found nearly impossible to find in a style suitable for children with a proper fit.

Papillon is now a superior brand for beautiful children’s shoes. We very much hope to help you and your children soon!
